Designated Allergy Lead training

Multiple dates and times Online, Microsoft Teams

Designated Allergy Lead training is made up of two parts, totalling 5.5 hours of guided learning.

Part 1: 2.5 hours of e-learning. Get an excellent understanding of allergy as a medical condition, how to recognise and treat reactions, how allergy impacts school life and why whole-school responsibility is key to reducing risk and making your school safer. This must be completed before part 2.

Part 2: 3 hours Live Masterclass delivered over Microsoft Teams. An interactive workshop for small groups, hosted by The Allergy Team. Designated Allergy Leads will get the tools to take allergy management to the next level, building robust policies and turning these into practical working procedures to reduce risk, improve inclusion and strengthen emergency planning.

On completion you will receive a certificate and a lanyard pin demonstrating that you have completed Designated Allergy Lead training.

Please note: We will email you a login to access the online training and the link to join the live masterclass on your chosen date.

For the masterclass you will be required to access Microsoft Teams, to have a working camera and microphone and to be able to attend the session without interruptions.
